Treasurer
~ Carlos Segura
“I sure will treasure these moments”
Hello, everyone!

Hey! My name is Carlos Segura, and I am the new treasurer of the International Student Association Umami. I am from Mexico City and very eager to take upon this role.

My background consists of a bachelor degree in Nutrition and Food Science done at Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City. I then came across the master’s degree of Health Food Innovation Management and loved the program, particularly how eclectic it is and the opportunities it offers to its students.

I am a very active person, I try to go to the gym often and I enjoy playing all kinds of sports, whether its indoors or outdoors, and especially those involving a racquet such as tennis or paddle.
I am excited to take on the role of Treasurer for the International Student Association Umami, where I will be responsible for managing the association’s finances with transparency and accountability. In this position, I aim to ensure efficient budget allocation, maintain accurate financial records, and support initiatives that enhance the student experience. I look forward to collaborating with my fellow committee members to organize events, secure funding, and contribute to the overall success of our student community. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to financial responsibility, I am eager to make a meaningful impact in this role.

I’m looking forward to this position and please feel free to contact me for anything related to either the Umami board or the masters study and hope to see you soon!

Carlos
